Tudorvale are currently submitting a detailed planning application for the regeneration of this 1.3 acre site which was purchased from the London Borough of Harrow in 2007. The proposals are for the comprehensive demolition of existing structures and the construction of 46 homes (Apartments and Houses).

Pre-application meetings have been made with Planning Officers at Harrow Council in January and March 2008. There has also been a Public Exhibition held on the 31st March for local residents to air their views. Exhibition board pdfs can be downloaded on the right.
